By accessing or using the MotoMart App ("App"), created and operated by FourSeven Creative LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Our App provides a communication platform connecting buyers and sellers of automobiles. We do NOT engage in vehicle transactions directly and operate solely as an intermediary platform protected under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. We are not responsible for user-generated content, vehicle conditions, transaction outcomes, or user safety.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and truthful information.
• Users are solely responsible for:
  • Verifying vehicle condition and authenticity
  • Ensuring transaction safety
  • Arranging meetings and inspections
  • Processing payments securely
  • Handling vehicle title transfers
  • All communications and agreements with other users
• We do not verify user identities or vehicle conditions.

4. Liability Limitation

• We are not responsible or liable for:
  • Any transactions, disputes, or agreements between users
  • Vehicle condition, history, or title status
  • User identity or credibility
  • Meeting safety or transaction security
  • Payment processing or financial losses
  • Any damages, losses, or harm arising from platform use
• Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims.
• All disputes shall be resolved through mandatory arbitration.
• Users waive rights to class action lawsuits.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the App for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Post misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Circumvent platform safety features
• Harass or harm other users
• Create false or duplicate accounts

6. Intellectual Property

All content and software in the App are our property or licensed to us. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute without explicit permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend user accounts violating our terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We disclaim responsibility for accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content posted by users.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FourSeven Creative LLC operates.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app or email.
